PRIZES: There will be four (4) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize will consist of a trip for two (2) to Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, LA that includes:
- Round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport closest to Winner’s residence;
- Five-day, four night hotel accommodations (January 31, 2013-February 4, 2013);
- One-thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money;
- Two (2) Gift Bags consisting of NFL Experience tickets, NFL Shop Gift Card;
- Two (2) Super Bowl XLVII tickets to the game to played on February 3, 2013 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize Winner package: $7,950 each. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $31,800.

The Grand Prize Winners (the “Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 12, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Vibes Media, LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period. The Winners will be notified by email, telephone or text message depending on the method of entry. Each Winner must respond to such notification within five (5) days after the notification is sent or an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If you entered via text message the prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the Wireless MTN on the text message. If you entered by online method of entry, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
