Enter the Taylor Swift Times Square New Year’s Eve Sweepstakes today!
One (1) grand prize for two (2) people: Roundtrip Airfare to New York, New York and Hotel Accommodations in New York for two nights.
This prize package must be used together and is good around New Year’s Eve 2012. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Roundtrip Airfare is from the nearest major airport to
the winner’s home address to New York, New York. Winner is responsible for getting to the airport the trip is booked out of. Hotel accommodations in New York are for two (2) nights and
will be decided upon booking. The winner is responsible for all incidentals at the hotel and may be required to provide a credit card upon check-in. There are no tickets required to see the ball
drop in Times Square in New York City on New Year’s Eve. In order to be near the performance stage you must arrive extremely early to the event. This prize package does not offer VIP access to the performance stage or Taylor Swift due to the large number of people that attend this event and make it difficult to get around the city. Ground Transportation in New York City, meals and spending cash are not included in this prize package.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is: $1500.00.
If there is a grand prize winner, the Sweepstakes Administrator will attempt to notify the prospective grand prize winner by telephone on December 13, 2012. If the prospective grand prize winner cannot be contacted within 1 day of the first attempted contact, or if eligibility requirements are not met, a prospective grand prize winner will be deemed ineligible, and an alternative prospective grand prize winner will be selected at random from the remaining runner up prize winners. This winner selection process will continue through 3 rounds of selecting alternates until a grand prize winner is determined. All prize winners will be required to complete,
sign and return Affidavits of Eligibility, Waivers of Liability and Publicity Releases. Failure to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules or to claim a prize will result in disqualification of a
prospective winner and the selection of an alternate winner.
