Subway The Biggest Loser Finale Sweepstakes

GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize is a three (3) day/two (2) night (March 17, 2013 to March 19, 2013) trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California to attend The Biggest Loser® Finale (“Grand Prize”). The trip will consist of: roundtrip coach class airfare from a major gateway airport located near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations, selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, (one (1) room, double occupancy); $600 awarded as a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner; and two (2) tickets to attend The Biggest Loser Finale.

On or about March 11, 2013, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential “Grand Prize Winner” in a random drawing consisting of all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Entrant selected is deemed to be a potential Grand Prize Winner pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The potential Grand Prize Winner of the Subway The Biggest Loser Finale Sweepstakes will be notified via e-mail at the e-mail address submitted by the potential Grand Prize Winner at the time of registration. Before being declared the Grand Prize Winner, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return to the Sponsor’s designee a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment form (“Affidavit”). The Affidavit will be sent to the potential Grand Prize Winner with the winner notification e-mail and must be returned to the Sponsor’s designee within two (2) calendar days from the date the e-mail notification is sent to the potential Grand Prize Winner or the Grand Prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. NOTE: The Grand Prize Winner of the Subway The Biggest Loser Finale Sweepstakes will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. If a potential Grand Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Prize, Sponsor or its designee is unable to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner, or in the event that the e-mail notification or any other prize claim related e-mail is returned undeliverable, the Grand Prize may be forfeited, and in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the forfeited Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner, time permitting. In the event an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner is selected, Sponsor will select the alternative potential Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing consisting of all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules.
