GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of the following: a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to New York, NY. Trip will include:
- Round-trip, first-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport serviced by American Airlines or its “Airline Associates” (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the American Connection® carrier) nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport in or near New York, NY fulfilled as 260,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles; (ARV): $5,174;
- Trip accommodations in a hotel in or near New York, NY for five (5) days/four (4) nights (standard room/double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest fulfilled via AmericanAirlines Vacations (ARV): $2,500;
- an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend a meet and greet with Smash talent;
- VIP tickets to a Broadway show for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (subject to availability and Sponsors’ sole discretion);
- Backstage passes at Show for Grand Prize Winner and Guest;
- Tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend a taping of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon;
- One thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Grand Prize Winner only, awarded in the form of check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner;
- an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to take a tour of 30 Rockefeller Plaza;
- an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to take the Smash bus tour;
- an opportunity to receive a $500 shopping spree for the Grand Prize Winner only;
- an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to have a hair, make-up and one (1) spa treatment;
- autographed Smash merchandise for Grand Prize Winner only; and
- Marilyn Monroe merchandise for Grand Prize Winner only.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of The Grand Prize is thirteen thousand five hundred and seventy-five dollars ($13,575)
Ten (10) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) Second Prize. Each Second Prize will consist of a Smash and Broadway prize package. ERV of each Second Prize is seventy-five dollars ($75). ERV of all Second Prizes is seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750).
On or about March 15, 2013, one (1) potential grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and ten (10) potential second prize winners (“Second Prize Winners” and together with Grand Prize Winner will be referred to herein as “Winner” or “Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsors from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winners within a twenty four (24) hour period at the email address or phone number submitted at the time of entry. Potential Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Sweepstakes Documents”) within five (5) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion an alternate potential Winners may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If potential Winners cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential Winners will be disqualified and time permitting, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries.
