PRIZES. Grand Prize (10): Each Winner will receive the collectible CD entitled “Victorious 3.0 Even More Music From The Hit TV Show” with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of ten dollars ($10.00). Total ARV for all Grand Prizes: one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing selecting ten (10) potential winners (each a “Potential Winner”, collectively the “Potential Winners”) on about December 3, 2012 from the pool of eligible
Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor will notify the Potential Winner by email on or about December 10, 2012. Potential Winner will have five (5) days to respond. If the Potential Winner of the prize cannot be contacted or does not respond within such five (5) days, such Potential Winner and Entry will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries received.
