One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of the following: (a) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion from a major airport in a major city closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence, selected in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, to Tokyo, Japan and (b) seven (7) nights hotel stay (as determined by Sponsor) in a standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only). Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper passports and paperwork. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,999.99.

The potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held by Sponsor on or about November 19, 2012. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes. The potential prize winner will be notified on or about November 20, 2012 by e-mail using the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible if any potential winner notification is not received for any reason. Failure of any potential prize winner to respond within two (2) days from such notification referred to above may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate prize winner.
