Lonely Planet Ultimate Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes

The winner of the Lonely Planet Ultimate Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes will receive:

1. (4) Four Night Stay for two at the DoubleTree by Hilton Alana Waikiki hotel at Honolulu, Hawaii (suite with 1 king bed or 2 queen beds) which includes breakfast for up to two adults and two children each morning (subject to availability, must be redeemed by December 31 2013, additional terms and conditions of use may apply), provided courtesy of DoubleTree (approx. retail value US$680)

2. (1) One debit card, pre-loaded with US$2000, to be used by the winner for the purposes of purchasing two (2) adult round trip airfare tickets to Honolulu, Hawaii. Any airfare costs over and about US$2000 are the responsibility of the winner or their guest.

Accommodation and flights must be redeemed by December 31, 2013. Total major prize pack valued at approx. US$2680 (prize values accurate at the start date of the sweepstakes). The winner’s guest must be twenty one (21) years of age or older. Winner and guest will be required to travel on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and travel insurance.

On or about March 11 2013, one (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Lonely Planet Ultimate Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes Winner must respond to email by June 11, 2013 to confirm receipt and that they will accept the prize. If winner does not respond by that date, another entrant will be selected by a random re-draw to be conducted on June 26, 2013.

All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor at 150 Linden Street, Oakland, CA 94607, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential winner’s failure to respond to email notification by the required deadline; (2) the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) a potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (4) a potential winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release; (5) a potential winner’s failure to validly claim the prize by June 11, 2013; and (6) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules.
