The following prizes are available:
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) trip for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest) to Los Angeles, tentatively scheduled January 16th -18th 2013 (date subject to change), to attend a U.S. screening of the film “Waiting For Lightning” currently anticipated to take place on or around January 17th 2013 (date subject to change) with Danny Way. The trip includes (i) round-trip air transportation between a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) ground transportation between the airport and hotel; (iii) ground transportation between the hotel and screening event; (iv) two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest (one (1) room, double-occupancy) at a local hotel selected by Sponsor; (v) two (2) tickets to the “Waiting For Lightning” movie screening event currently anticipated to take place in January 17th 2013 (the “screening”) (date subject to change); for the Grand Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $3,500.
Three (3) Weekly Prizes:
The following prize shall be awarded once (1) per week during the Sweepstakes Period pursuant to Section 4: One (1) Promotional Code redeemable for a one (1) year LifeLock UltimateTM membership (ARV $275.00) and One (1) skateboard signed by Danny Way (ARV $175.00).
Sixteen (16) Daily Prizes:
The following prize shall be awarded once (1) per day during the Sweepstakes Period pursuant to Section 4: Two (2) thirteen ($13) movie coupons. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Daily Prize is $26.
One Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random, on or about December 24th, 2012, from among all eligible entries received.
Weekly Winners will be selected at random, from all eligible entries received, on or about December 7th, December 14th, and December 21st, 2012.
Winning the Grand Prize will no preclude the same entrant from also winning one of the weekly prizes. Entrants may win more than one weekly prize, subject to his/her compliance with these Official Rules.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail using the contact information given at the time of entry. Sweepstake Entities shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If potential winners do not respond within two (2) calendar days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as
unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If fewer than 25 qualifying entries are received by Sponsor by December 21st, 2012, both the Grand Prize and any remaining weekly prizes will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
