One (1) “Grand Prize” winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) Microsoft Xbox console and one (1) HTC Windows 8 phone.

Winners will be selected from a random drawing of all eligible candidates entered. Winners will be notified on Tuesday, December 11th 2012 through the email winners provided. Winners will be announced on our Twitter and Facebook accounts that same day. All potential winners must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules, and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), and any other applicable forms required by a taxing authority, within two (2) days of receipt of written prize notification. Limit one (1) prize per person and/or household. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, if all required documents are not executed and returned within the specified time period, if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if any potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
