Winners are selected in a series of random drawings with the final drawing on 10/15/13 from all eligible mail, online and phone in entries received by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Approximate numerical odds of winning are 1 in 4,800,000.

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States, its territories and possessions. Employees and members of the immediate families of employees of RD, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, the presenting organizations, the judging agency, and judging agents are not eligible. Any dispute regarding submission of on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder. RD reserves the right to terminate or modify the online portion of this sweepstakes at any time if the RD online service is no longer available or is compromised by any virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond RD’s control. In either of these events, prizes will be awarded based on electronic entries received to date of termination and mail-in and phone in entries received as of the closing date. Winners will have the choice of the cash or any merchandise offered in any creative presentation of this Sweepstakes. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Winners will be notified by mail (and those with known email addresses may be notified by email as well) within 30 days of the drawing and may be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Release and Payment Authorization within 30 days of prize notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
