The ARV of the Trip if the Winner selects Disneyland® is USD $7,628/ CAD $7,691.31 and the ARV of the Trip if the Winner selects Walt Disney World® is USD $11,699.52 / CAD $11,796.63.

The Trip must be taken between November 1, 2013 and November 1,
2014, and it must be booked at least 45 days prior to the intended travel date (“Fulfillment Period”), unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion permits shorter booking period. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, restrictions, black-out dates, and Sponsor’s approval.

On or about September 3, 2013, a random drawing will be held to select the name of one (1) Disney Monstrous Summer Sweepstakes potential Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) from among the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, and the Administrator’s decisions will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selected Disney Monstrous Summer Sweepstakes potential Winner will be deemed a potential Winner subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.

Each Entrant is limited to a maximum of four (4) Entries into the Sweepstakes – one (1) by completing and submitting the registration page and up to three (3) by completing the available scare training games.

Potential Wyndham Championship Trivia Sweepstakes Weekly Prize winners must attest to their full compliance with all the terms of these Official Rules by signing and returning an online Affidavit of
Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Form within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified of their potential prize winner status. By participating, you agree that an electronic signature on such documents will have the same force and effect as the actual, physical
signature on same. Noncompliance within specified time period may result in disqualification in which case an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries received for applicable random drawing. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign, have notarized, and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of
Liability/Publicity forms within time period specified by Sponsor. Non-compliance may result in disqualification, in which case an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries received for the Grand Prize drawing.

In the event that a Wyndham Championship Trivia Sweepstakes potential prize winner cannot be contacted, or prize is returned as
undeliverable, or that a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason (including failure to timely return completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity/Liability release), potential winner will forfeit his/her prize. In all cases of prize
forfeiture/disqualification, potential winner/entrant will NOT receive compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected in applicable random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received. Up to three (3) alternate potential winner drawings
will be held for each prize, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded.
