SpongeBob SplashPants Sweepstakes Prizes:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a seven (7) day/seven (7) night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (one of which must be a parent or legal guardian of the grand prize winner) (each a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”) aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s new ship, Norwegian Breakaway to Bermuda (“Trip Package”). Trip Package consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation for up to four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest grand prize winner’s residence to New York, NY, round-trip ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice between New York, NY airport and port of departure, seven (7) days and seven (7) nights standard cabin accommodations (one cabin, quad occupancy, room only), and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for the grand prize winner only. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.

Grand prize winner must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian as one of the guests. If the grand prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New York City, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Actual value of the Trip Package may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be completed by May 31, 2014 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. All Guests must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Any guest who participates in the Trip Package who is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian who must sign and return a release on behalf him/herself and for such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are solely the responsibility of the grand prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. Except as indicated in the Trip Package, all meals, taxes, gratuities, travel insurance, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, incidentals (including mini-bar), phone charges, merchandise, souvenirs and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the grand prize winner and guests. Grand prize winner and guests must comply with all Norwegian Cruise Line’s check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a major credit card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of grand prize is $7,800.00.

If you are selected as a SpongeBob SplashPants Sweepstakes Potential Winner, your parent/legal guardian will receive an email that provides instructions regarding how to opt you out of participation in the Sweepstakes as a Potential Winner. If your parent opts you out of participation in the Sweepstakes, you will no longer be able to participate in the Sweepstakes and you will not be awarded a prize. In order to continue to participate in the SpongeBob SplashPants Sweepstakes as a Potential Winner your parent or legal guardian must respond to the notification by Sponsor within three (3) days or be subject to disqualification. You must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. A Potential Winner is not an official winner (“Official Winner”) until Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified and Potential Winner has been notified that verification is complete. SpongeBob SplashPants Sweepstakes Potential Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (unless prohibited) (collectively an “Affidavit”), which must be received by Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours of the date of the notice. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, or he/she refuses his/her prize for any reason, Potential Winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing.

If a Capri Sun Epic Adventure Sweepstakes winner is 12 years of age or younger and a Grand through Second Prize winner, potential winners will be provided a Parental Consent Form online. Upon initial registration by a child entrant, the parent of the entrant will be sent an email (via the email address provided upon registration), notifying he/she that his/her child (identified only by user name) would like to enter the Sweepstakes. The parent can then elect to opt-out his/her child and prevent him/her from entering. If the parent opts to have the child removed from the Sweepstakes, child entrant’s initial entry will be void. The child will receive a message upon his/her next login to the site that he/she is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The child entrant will however be able to participate in other sections of the website. Monthly update emails will also be sent to the parent during the Promotion Period notifying him/her of the activity logged by his/her child.
