Winner Determination:
Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held on or about June 24, 2013 by an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning the Mikes Memorial Day Instant Win Game Grand Prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail on or about June 28, 2013, and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within ten (10) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Mikes Memorial Day Instant Win Game winner cannot be located or does not respond to attempt to be notified within ten (10) days, prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip winner’s guest must sign and return a
liability/publicity release form prior to travel.
