BAILEYS Coffee Creamers Be a Little Irish Sweepstakes Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected in a drawing on or around March 19, 2013 of all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Term. In addition, one (1) Daily Prize Winner will be drawn the following business day from 3/1/2013 to 3/6/2013 and five (5) Daily Prize Winners will be drawn the following business day from 3/7/2013 to 3/16/2013, in each instance from all eligible entries received by such drawing date. Daily Prize Winners will no longer be eligible for subsequent Daily Prizes, but will still be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Grand Prize consists of one (1) Keurig Platinum Brewing System (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $179.95), twelve (12) free BAILEYS Coffee Creamers coupons (ARV: $59.88), one (1) BAILEYS Coffee Creamers branded tote (ARV: $34.50), two (2) branded travel mugs (ARV: $45.00), one (1) Irish Mohair Throw (ARV: $200.00), two (2) boxes of K-Cup Packs (ARV: $20.00), two (2) chocolate bars (ARV: $9.98) and two (2) boxes of cookies (ARV: $9.00) (“Grand Prize”).

Each Daily Prize Winner will receive one (1) BAILEYS Coffee Creamers branded tote (ARV: $34.50), one (1) BAILEYS Coffee Creamers branded travel mug (ARV: $22.50) and two (2) free BAILEYS Coffee Creamers coupons (ARV: $9.98) (“Daily Prize”).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is: $552.36. The total ARV of each Daily Prize is: $63.47. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,106.00.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected in a drawing on or around March 19, 2013 of all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Term. In addition, one (1) Daily Prize Winner will be drawn the following business day from 3/1/2013 to 3/6/2013 and five (5) Daily Prize Winners will be drawn the following business day from 3/7/2013 to 3/16/2013, in each instance from all eligible entries received by such drawing date. Daily Prize Winners will no longer be eligible for subsequent Daily Prizes, but will still be eligible for the Grand Prize. Sponsor will select multiple entries at the time of the drawings in the event that Sponsor needs to award the Daily Prize or Grand Prize to an alternate winner (as described below). The BAILEYS Coffee Creamers Be a Little Irish Sweepstakes winner shall be the first selected entry in the applicable drawing. If necessary, an alternate winner will be selected based on the order in which the remaining entries were selected in the drawing (“Alternate Winner”). Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the official entry form. BAILEYS Coffee Creamers Be a Little Irish Sweepstakes Winners may be listed on the BAILEYS Coffee Creamers Facebook and/or Twitter profile. Odds of winning a Daily Prize or the Grand Prize are affected by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Term.

BAILEYS Coffee Creamers Be a Little Irish Sweepstakes Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a winner is unable to be contacted using the information provided, for any reason, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an Alternate Winner. The Alternate Winner will be notified in the same manner described above. If for any reason a winner is ineligible or does not accept the prize, no cash or other compensation will be paid, and an Alternate Winner will be selected. Additionally, if a winner is unable to comply with these rules and regulations, an Alternate Winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize. Each Sweepstakes entrant preliminarily chosen as the winner of each Daily Prize and the Grand Prize will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release within three (3) business days of receipt of such Affidavit and Release, and must possess age-defining documentation (i.e., photo identification) prior to the prize release. Failure to execute and return the required documents within three (3) days of receipt may subject the preliminary winner of each Daily Prize the Grand Prize to disqualification and, in such case, an Alternate Winner will be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Each winner agrees to use of his or her name, likeness, personal information and/or prize information by the Sponsor for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. Prizes are not transferable or assignable to another party.
